Nixon is in the business of seriously stylish timepieces, like their 42-20 Chronograph in tortoise shell, which I’ve been waiting so long for it to go on sale, it now boasts matching earbuds. I don’t even wear earbuds, I certainly don’t have $550 to drop on a watch, but I’m pining away for both.
In the meantime, the good people at PLNDR’ve got a Nixon flash sale going on, where you can get your hands on wrists on —or maybe it’s getting on your wrists, and the hands are on it—some suitable substitutions. The Shutter watch in rhodo, or as I like to call it, ultraviolet gets my vote. Neon is the trend that still won’t quit and just like all its other fluorescent counterparts, this watch matches nothing; therefore it matches everything.
If the UV Shutter style takes the top prize, then the Time Teller watch in green is Mr. Congeniality. Equally eye-popping, the hashmarks on its face make the Time Teller slightly more accessible. The Time Teller might not be Prom King, but he’s the guy cutting up the parquet with his renditions of the Cupid Shuffle, the Aunt Jackie, and the REAL Harlem Shake.
Don’t be late to the dance—hit up the Nixon sale at PLNDR now.
