We’re only half way through the week and the celebs are really cranking up the heat with the style! Usually I have to sift through and decide who is worthy of a style spotlight. But not this week, I had so many I had to let some of them go. But let’s get into it with the men first this week.
Nas hosted a private dinner at the Moët Rosé Lounge in New York City to celebrate the release of his latest album Life is Good. The man of the hour cleaned up nicely in a beige button down, white pants, and fresh white sneakers.
Vashtie was also a guest at the same private dinner. I always appreciate Vashtie’s downtown fashionista swag. If you haven’t done so already, be sure to check out her flawless Karmaloop Spring 2012 Lookbook . For the celebration, Vashtie kept it simple with a black and white striped shirt, black shorts, and 5 inch platform Nike Air Force 1′s. She threw in a little bit of timeless class with a blue channel purse.
The always bubbly Nicki Minaj stopped by the Jay Leno show recently in a look I absolutely love on her. She wore a bodycon long sleeve dress from Australian label, Romance Was Born. She completed the look in her classic barbie pink lips.
Last but not least for this week’s style spotlight is Cassie. The model/singer was spotted at Tao Las Vegas celebrating the release of her ‘King of Hearts’ song. Cassie is always on point with styling and this time was no different. She looks absolutely flawless in this white dress. The dress features mesh cut outs in the front and in the back. Cassie completed the look with gold stappy Tom Ford sandals and a pair of vintage Chanel earrings.
