PLNDR recently just ended its first ever “Haul Video Contest,” which ran on Facebook through December 2011. The contest was a huge success and we’d like to present our two new Haul experts: Touchnorra Nguon and Matt Kirby. I caught up with the guys, see below!
Matthew Kirby
1) How long have you been a PLNDR/Karmaloop fan?
I’ve been shopping on PLNDR and Karmaloop for just over a year now. As soon as I found them it was game over for my bank account.
2) What were the items you featured in your haul video; why?
I featured my largest single day haul. I made a couple orders over a weekend and it all arrived on the same day. It was like Christmas.
3) What genre would you say your fashion sense falls under?
I try and keep it casual/formal.
4) In one word, how could one describe your style?
Karmaloop.
5) Do you friends think your stylish?
I’d always get asked where i was shopping – being a part of the rep team has allowed me to introduce more people to where i shop and hook up my friends with discounts.
6) What do you plan on buying with your winnings?
I’m going through a Naked and Famous stage, so more jeans and whatever i have left goes to the shoes
7) How old are you, are you in school, where are you from? Etc
I’m 20, born and raised in Toronto, Canada and I’m currently attending Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, ON
Touchnorra Nguon
1) How long have you been a PLNDR/Karmaloop fan?
I’ve been a Karmaloop/Plndr fan for about a year now.
2) What were the items you featured in your haul video; why?
Some items I featured were the, Dope Crewneck, Looking for the Perfect Beat, Flud THN Watch, and the My Kicks Be killing ‘em tshirt. I’ve included some of these I wanted to show some of essence of style.
3) What genre would you say your fashion sense falls under?
There are two different genres I’d say my style falls under. One would be professional, for outings and school, and the other would be dancing, strictly HipHop.
4) In one word, how could one describe your style?
Bboy

6) What do you plan on buying with your winnings?
Gifts for a special someone and some more professional clothing. Perhaps a crewneck here and there.
7) How old are you, are you in school, where are you from? Etc
I’m 18 years old and attend University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. However, I was born in Providence, Rhode Island. I am majoring in Nursing. I started bboying in 2009 and love it, my crew and I always practice together and travel out of town for competitions
